JUST IN: PDP’s Fintiri  wins Adamawa  governorship election – INEC

Ahmadu Fintiri of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has won his second term governorship bid in Adamawa State.

Collation Officer of the state, Mele Lamido, announced Fintiri winner after scoring 430,869 votes to beat Aishatu Dahiru of the All Progressives Congress, APC, popularly known as Binani.

Binani polled 398,788 votes.

Fintiri won the election with a margin of 34,033 votes.
