He is silently revolutionising governance and successfully unlocking the latent potentials of our dear state.
His personality is noble and worthy of emulation; his two-year government clearly validates, with empirical facts, that integrity, capacity, clear vision, industry are irreducible minimum in leadership and effective public service delivery.
He assumed office at a time of fragile national economy and domestic financial challenge. But, because he is mentally and morally equipped for the office he occupies, his ingenuity, managerial skills and prudency have sustained the state, kept it afloat and sustainably progressing in the last twenty-four months.
The challenges were quite much, but his vision, industry and selfless commitment to humanity were way bigger than them.
Dear Governor, as you clocked 17,520 hours in office, I celebrate you for delivering so excellently on your promises within the first two years of your administration and for making us proud.
I admonish you to remain committed to your vision and do more for the people because I know you have great plans for the State.
