The Presiding Judge who doubles as the Chief Judge of Osun State, Justice Adepele Ojo refused to grant the suspects, Dr. Rahman Adedoyin and six others bail saying there is enough health facilities to take care of any ailments at the Correctional Centre.
Therefore, Adedoyin and others are to remain in prison custody at the Ilesha Correctional Centre.

In a twist of events, SOJ WORLDWIDE ONLINE NEWS, (www.sojworldnews.com) reported what occured outside the courtroom on Thursday when the suspects were given VIP treatment that sparked protests from Timothy’s family.
The Correctional Centre on Monday brought all the suspects to the Court including Dr. Adedoyin in a ‘Black Maria’ and the Journalists present were allowed to take photographs while returning to the custody unlike the first appearance when a reporter’s camera was seized.
The hearing will continue on Tuesday at the Osun State High Court (1), Osogbo from 9.00am.
