Owner of Agidigbo FM, Ibadan and Human Rights Activist, Oriyomi HAMZAT has reacted to the Judgement by the Court that the suspected killer of Timothy Oludare Adegoke in his Hilton Hotels, Ile-Ife, Osun State, Rahman Adedoyin be released to take care of his hypotensive ailment.

Hamzat said at the time of filing his report, Adedoyin has not been released because people misinterpreted the Judgement delivered on Thursday by the Judge.
According to Oriyomi Hamzat, what the Judge said was, Adedoyin should be allowed medical treatment under the Police Custody. He was not released as it was being speculated by the some sections of the media.
Hamzat is asking a question if we should allow Timothy Adegoke to die in vain?
He talked about many theories why pro-Adedoyin would want him released to perfect some coverups in order to bury the case.
He commended, praised and prayed for the Police for the role they played so far on the case of Timothy Adegoke. He enjoined all those who have their contacts to thank and pray for them for a job welldone.
