Woli Agba and Dele Omo Woli have threatened legal action over online allegations linking them to the death of gospel minister Toluwanisings. Their lawyers warned the public against publishing, sharing or circulating the claims. The comedians call the allegations false, and no lawsuit had been confirmed in the reports reviewed.

The solicitors, Gemgold, issued a public notice that Woli Agba shared on Instagram on Sunday. According to the notice, the allegations are “entirely false, unsubstantiated, and unfounded.” It also said the comedians reserve their legal rights.

The notice warned that anyone who keeps circulating the claims could face legal action. That includes individuals, blogs and media platforms. The lawyers listed possible claims for damages and injunctions. Moreover, they urged the public to verify information before sharing it online.

Toluwanisings, whose full name was Olayemi Bayonile Bolaji, died in the early hours of 14 October 2026, aged 41. His family did not disclose the cause of death. Woli Agba paid tribute to him after the news broke.

The notice follows a similar legal warning by gospel singer Tope Alabi, whose lawyers wrote to a Canada-based pastor. Reports say posts on that pastor’s Facebook page named several entertainers in connection with the death. However, the allegations remain unverified, and no evidence of anyone’s involvement has been presented in the information available.

Sojworldnews is not repeating the allegations. This report presents the notice and does not establish any claim as fact. We will update it if a lawsuit is filed or a response is made.
