Akeredolu parted ways with Mimiko, says “Mimiko is a bogus enemy”

The Ondo State governor, Arakunrin Oluwarotimi Akeredolu has described his predecessor in the state, Olusegun Mimiko as a “bogus enemy.”

Akeredolu made the statement on Sunday, September 27, 2020 on the Channels Television program, “Politics Today.”

From the statement of Akeredolu, former governor Mimiko is a traitor hence he called him a

“bogus enemy, he remain so, I think for life, it is better for us to separate and go our separate ways.”

Because a friend like him you don’t need an enemy. it is not the issue of politics, we don’t play high level of betrayer, it is not what we do in politics. For me, I am not interested in his politics,”

He thinks he is playing politics, he is fooling himself. For me I am human, they are my bogus enemy and they remain my enemy forever.  Mimiko is not a friend.

Q: You said they are two of them, who is the other person.

Akeredolu: There is one man who was a former Judge called Justice Shehinde kumi, to me, both of them are bogus enemies and my mind is made up about them…I hope God would forgive me.

They think they can stab me at the back but I am going to survive it, I can tell them wherever they are listening to me now, the two of them, I would survive it and they would regret their action.”
