IT was tears of joy galore for 11 Fidelity Bank Staff at the Nigerian Industrial Court sitting in Lagos on May 7, 2025 as the court gave judgement against Fidelity Bank Plc.

The protracted legal battles lasted nine years before the judgement today.

The bank was given 30 days to settle all the staff outstanding entitlements without delay.
