A video of elderly couple went viral on social media where the husband was seen brutalizing his aged wife mercilessly.

According to @sfojoemmanuela on her X platform monitored by SOJ WORLDWIDE, she said she has spoken to the Ogun State Commissioner of Women Affairs and Social Development, Hon. Adijat Motunrayo Adeleke about the incident with a promise that she is already on top of the matter.
“I just spoke with the Ogun State Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Development, my dear big sister, Hon. Adijat Motunrayo Adeleye.
She assured me that her ministry is already on top of this matter and will ensure that justice is duly served.
We have also obtained the man’s name, phone number, and the area where this unpleasant incident occurred, which will make the issue much easier to address.
As a government, we will not tolerate any form of domestic violence, abuse, or molestation in @OGSG_Official and beyond.”
