The Lagos State Government has released the costs for car number plates, Vehicle Licencing, Change of Ownership, Car Registration etc.

According to the Motor Vehicle Administration Agency (MVAA) , these are the rates of their products/services. Some of them include plate number acquisition, vehicle licensing, change of ownership & registration, etc.
