Requirements
- Must currently reside in Nigeria
- Clear spoken English and a warm, professional communication style
- Own a reliable mobile phone
- Able to work independently and start as soon as possible
- Previous outbound calling or customer service experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Call existing customers for follow-up purposes
- Communicate politely and professionally in English
- Record customer responses accurately
- Provide brief daily updates on completed calls and outcomes
- Follow approved scripts and protect customer information
